getting tough

It is dark and cold when I get off work now and I find myself more and more reluctant to go back out to the Y and exercise.  I have been downright lazy…and I hate it.  I haven’t gained actual weight back, but I can tell that I am “de-toning”.  DANG IT!

I could really use some advice from my fellow Buddy Slim peeps.  Thank you!

    HI,

    How abaout a nice walk. The gym gets boring sometimes. Walking is less impact and doesn’t take as much emotional energy and you get some cardio in.

    Whenever I don’t want to workout, I go for a walk and clear my head.

    that would work, except it is dark when i get home. i don’t exactly live in a place conductive for night time walking. thank you for the suggestion. i might take up noon day walks at work.

    What if you head straight to the Y after work…home only AFTER the gym??
